You can rent or take guided tours in these in Berlin and other cities. Must a lot of fun to drive them through busy cities with delivery drivers in Sprinter vans who have to cram 12 hours of deliveries into an 8 hour work day.

I was really hoping that this would be the other way around. I wanted to see real cars acting as bumper cars.
